Based in Calgary and serving the surrounding areas in person, we also offer consulting services globally, helping sport organizations, clubs, and coaches reach their highest potential no matter where they are.

Our founder Luke Dyer began his journey as a Physical Education teacher, where he developed a passion for athletics, coaching, and equitable opportunities for athletes. Recognizing the need for specialized support in sports program development, he launched Forge Sports Consulting to provide high level training, management solutions, international partnerships, and lesson plans for PE teachers.
